Block is designed to help individuals identify and live by a prioritized schedule. We work on identifying what is important to you and executing on that list of priorities in real time. As a business owner since 2011, I understand the challenges that come with being pulled in many different directions. It's important to set boundaries and communicate clearly with those around us.
In my quest to complete my first hundred mile footrace in 2014 I identified four pillars of health and success. They are stress management, sleep habits, food choices and exercise. I would refer to the action challenges under each pillar as fundamentals or mechanics. They are ways we can keep the pressure on our health and growth as individuals. As we grow ourselves, those around are inspired to grow as well.
Energize has been designed to help you experience the benefits of regular exercise. I take my experience as a personal trainer and blend them with my experience in corporate fitness and executive coaching to help clients achieve better health and optimize their performance at work. Exercise truly is a keystone habit and there are so many creative ways to get it in now without even needing to go to the gym.
The client on boarding process is super simple and takes very little time and energy on your part. We meet however works best for you and I listen to what you need. Then, I'll put together a proposal and send it over for your review. If you like what you see, we move forward and begin working together.
