When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health, fitness and personal goals slip. The years go by and we don’t even realize how much our health has declined or how far we've gotten from our greater purpose.
But for most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency. Our goals do matter and they deserve some attention even if we don't know what they are.

Meet Certified Master Health Coach Jon Howard
Meet Jon Howard, Certified Master Health Coach and Owner here at Relentless Courage.
Relentless Courage helps people set and reach their goals through a client-centered, outcome based coaching approach. It took nearly three years and two failed attempts for Jon to complete the Superior 100 Mile Endurance Run in 2014. Since then he's completed two more hundreds in 2018 and 2019 in addition to dozens more ultra-endurance events. Jon is currently a Coach at Orangetheory Fitness in Plymouth, MN. 30 Minute Coaching Sessions
Sessions are 30 minutes and include a thoughtful follow up email with additional resources and action. We can talk about much more than nutrition and our sessions are always 100% confidential. You'll work together with your coach to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you.
Professional coaching and detailed progress checking
You'll meet with your coach for 30 minutes up to four times a month over Google Meet. There is also a thoughtful email follow up.

When we work with clients we always hold them in unconditional positive regard no matter what they bring to the table. As coaches, our job is to hear what our clients have to say and help them move in a way that gets them closer to their goals, period.
Client-Centered Coaching
Our coaches don’t make decisions for our clients or tell them what to do. We help our clients make decisions for themselves and grow in ways that they choose. We do provide guidance and support along the way. That is client-centered coaching.

The GSPA Model
GSPA stands for goals, skills, practices and actions. It’s the way we start with something big and break it down into smaller parts. Those smaller actions add up over time to help you reach your goals.
Outcome vs Behavior Goals
Outcome goals are the big things we think about. Our coaches have worked with clients who wanted to lose weight, have more energy, be more organized, reset their priorities, get ready for that big event, be better leaders, get healthier and take back control of their life. We’ll work to create SMART outcome goals through conversation and assessments. Then, we’ll dial in our GSPA process to create behavior goals that add up to big things.
