Just a holistic approach to personal well being that addresses many areas that affect deep health like sleep, stress and nutrition to name a few. Even if you have no equipment for exercise, our weekly meetings will inspire you to make the changes and reach the goals you’ve got for yourself. And, if you don’t yet have health goals but want to make some, I can help with that too!

I took my first personal training job in the fitness industry with LifeTime Fitness back in 2009 and haven't looked back since. I've worked in corporate wellness as a business owner (Training Edge Sports, LLC), been a coach at Orangetheory Fitness twice and have run over 25 ultra marathons and counting. You'll work together with your coach to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what your goals are.
Professional coaching and detailed progress checking
You'll meet with your coach for 30 minutes up to four times a month over Google Meet. There is also a thoughtful email follow up and email communication between live sessions.
