Relentless Courage helps people set and reach their goals through a client-centered, habit-based coaching approach. My first personal training job in the fitness industry was with LifeTime Fitness back in 2009 and I haven't looked back since. I've worked with clients in their homes, over Google Meet and at places you’ve probably heard of like LifeTime, OrangeTheory, Boston Scientific, and other local corporations and have run 24 ultra-marathons since 2010. It took nearly three years and two failed attempts to complete the Superior 100 Mile Endurance Run in 2014. The four pillars of health and success and the dozens of action challenges under them came from that experience. Relentless Courage was officially born as an LLC in 2022. CPR/AED Certified

In order to provide you with as much information as possible here about coaching with Relentless Courage I’ve put it all here in one place. Scan the QR code below of the membership you’d like to get, sign up and begin your membership right away.
Program:
- Up to 4 - 30 minute sessions over the phone or google meet per month.
- Conversation can and likely will cover a wide range of topics, some that may not even seem relevant to your goals. I assure you we’ll get there.
- Coach sends a follow up email a couple of days after the session to recap the session and remind clients of action commitments.
- Coach will respond to emails within 24 hours, often much sooner. Coaching isn’t an emergency.
- Pricing varies (see below)
Pricing:
- $999 up front (Venmo or Stripe) for six months of the program, then reevaluate and decide what to do from there - 24 sessions ($41.63 per session) - scan the QR code to enroll.
- $199/month for six month commitment ($49.75 per session) - scan the QR code to enroll.
- $239/month for month to month commitment (30 day cancel notice please) ($59.75 per session) - scan the QR code to enroll.
- $69.50/session for 30 minute session ($69.50 per session) - pay session to session on the calendar. A link to that calendar can be found here.

"I initially sought out Jon as a coach because I trusted his expertise and wanted to train for and complete a marathon without injuring myself. My experience with Coach Jon was beneficial for several additional reasons I had not anticipated. First, Jon provided accountability. Checking in weekly and knowing I would send him each of my training run results got me out the door on days when I might have given myself a pass to skip it. Second, you don't know what you don't know. A good coach shows you your blind spots and teaches you what you need to know. For example, Jon taught me how and when to foam roll and how to run downhill, which helped me to avoid injury; I never would have considered these skills on my own. Third, coaching gives you customization. An app can give you a plan but it can't tell you how to adjust your runs with that trip coming up or when you are not feeling well. An app definitely could not have recalibrated a training plan when the marathon was canceled and I signed up for another one 5 weeks later. Jon did that. Perhaps most importantly, Coach Jon kept the faith when my self-confidence waivered. I believed him when he believed in me, and you need that when running hundreds of miles over a few months. It is important to show up to the starting line with the confidence that you are properly trained for the event. The confidence and knowledge that Coach Jon provided helped get me to the finish line."
