In-Home Personal Training
I've been coaching and training clients for the past 25 years in people’s homes and at places you’ve probably heard of like LifeTime, OrangeTheory, Boston Scientific, and other local corporations. With our oldest son heading off to college, I'm looking to expand my in-home personal training offerings and thought the West Twin Cities (Plymouth, Wayzata and anywhere around Lake Minnetonka) would be the perfect place to start! I'm a certified Master Coach (PNL2) Personal Trainer (NASM), and Nutrition Coach (PNL1).

Where: in the convenience of your own home. We can work with any equipment you already have in your home …and I have a huge variety of equipment I can bring with me too, such as: kettlebells, weights, bars, bands, medicine balls, TRX straps, and much more based on whatever you need and what your goals are! If you'd rather workout in my home gym (just North of Plymouth Target), we can do that too.
When: I have availability throughout the week and start all clients at 60 minute sessions. I generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results, but one is good, too. I also recommend committing to at least 2-3 months because clients usually start to see “the magic kick in” around that time. Current Availability: Monday and Friday from 6am to 8am and 9am to 1pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 6 to 7am and Saturday from 8am to noon. Sign up now to reserve your spot.
