Energize Run Prep Workout
Strength training is valuable for us when we run. It helps prevent injury, promotes longevity in the sport and is great for overall health.
As I get back into running season after a winter spent skiing I do more run focused workouts. I'm making those workouts available here as I complete them for just a couple bucks.
As I wrote and work through this workout I'm a little over three months out from my first 50k trail run of the season. If you're looking for some direction around your strength routine, this could help. Plus, it's just two bucks.
