In today's video I talk a little bit about why it's important to do your first set with light weight. Some of the exercises today are geared specifically to nordic skiing. They've been making snow for many days now and it won't be long before the man made trail is open for business!

Hello, Jon Howard! I must admit that what you're doing is quite hard. Working out has always been a huge challenge especially if our body tries to suggest the other way around. But we should be strong enough to go against it and work out for ourselves. We need to remind ourselves every time we feel discouraged that we are the ones who will benefit from this at the end! I guess, an athlete life does not choose me. But I will still strive to find the better version of myself physically!
