Do you want healthier and stronger nails? If you do, maybe you should start drinking your juice! Since I began juicing regularly a few months ago, one thing I've noticed is that my nails are growing faster, stronger and look healthier overall. This is not something I anticipated or even hoped for but it is a nice benefit. It just goes to show the impact nutrients found in veggies and fruits have on our entire being. Here's the juice I had this morning: 4 stalks kale 4 carrots 1 apple 5 strawberries 1/3 cucumber 36 ounces of water 3 handfuls of ice cubes I split this one with my wife and still have some left over for a snack later today. I've found, drinking my veggies helps to ensure that I'm getting the essential nutrients for a highly functioning body and mind. What did you have for breakfast today?
